Overview

Create custom habits and check them in directly from the radial menu. OwlScope tracks your streaks and visualizes consistency — no separate habit app needed.

How It Works

  1. Create a habit in Settings → Menu (e.g., “Drink water”, “Read 20 min”, “Exercise”).
  2. Assign it to a menu slot.
  3. Each day, trigger the slot to check in.
  4. Your streak counter increments. Miss a day and it resets.

What You See

  • Streak counter — current consecutive days
  • Calendar view — visual grid of check-in history in Statistics
  • Achievements — unlock badges for milestones (7-day streak, 30-day streak, etc.)

Tips

  • Put your most important habit at root level — one hotkey + one click to check in.
  • Create a “Habits” folder if you track multiple habits.
  • The act of checking in from the same tool you use all day makes it effortless to maintain consistency.
