Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds
All refund requests for OwlScope Pro add-on purchases are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle's refund policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
How to Request a Refund
Via Paddle
Use the link in your purchase receipt email to contact Paddle support directly, or visit paddle.net.
Via OwlScope Support
You can also email us at support@owlscope.app and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
After a Refund
Upon a successful refund, the corresponding Pro feature will be deactivated from your OwlScope account. The free version of OwlScope — with all its core features — remains fully available regardless of any refunds.
